Just got an A1200 again!

Hi, just got an A1200, love the old classic games!
Can anyone help me tho! I know it has a hard drive but cant work out how to use it or format it, i have all workbench disks and manuals but nothing to explain the hard drive! Any help would be very appreciated?

Welcome back.

Boot from the Install disk and run HDToolBox to set up the hard drive. There may even be a script that does it all automatically.

Assuming everything's working properly, you should end up with some ghosted partitions on the Workbench. Select them and get Format Disk from the Icons menu.

Once that's done, run the install program.
