Hi,
Rashumon was probably the first and only multilingual graphic word processor for the Amiga. It was used mainly by people who needed to use multiple languages. There is a working version at Aminet (http://aminet.net/search?query=rashumon), and even though it was a commercial product, I recently published that I will give the source code to anyone who will be interesting in working on a new version.
I have written a post about how it was developed back in 1989 in my blog here (http://www.amiga.org/forums/blog.php?b=407).
If you have articles such as magazine reviews, etc. about Rashumon please send them to me.
Thanks,
Michael Haephrati

Hi,
what kind of language is used? "C" ? I ask because of the portability to AROS for example.
-
Is releasing under an open source license an option for you?
Edit: you could then add a link to the Sourceforge project page to Wikipedia ;-)

Yes, seems so, since he used the Aztec compiler (http://aminet.net/package/text/misc/Rashumon3).

Ah this is nice. It is important to "rescue" natively such applications over to NG Amiga systems. Especially AROS ; )
-
be really nice to see an aros version....

Is Hebrew the only RTL script supported or is Perso-Arabic available too?
Would be nice to see this ressurected and become part of the AROS Contrib drawer. :)

Of course it supports Arabic as well.
