Are WorkBench3.0 disks still copyrighted ?

Are they still?  :-?

If they're not I will put them on my future webpage on the AMIGA section together with a tutorial for setting up WinUAE  :-)

Copyright doesn't expire.

(Well, in some countries there are some ~75 year rules, but with computers these are quite irrelevant).

So unless if you have license to put the files online, don't.

Copyright is irrelevant, licence status is what's interesting (and that haven't changed during the years).

Most people don't understand that software licenses are extentions of the copyright which makes the copyright holder automaticly grant/revoke f.ex. distribution rights.

Also, licenses DO NOT APPLY to copyright holder. There's nothing wrong with distributing the same software with different packages under multiple licenses. Some people think that Gnu GPL includes copyright holder (read: author), but that's not true.
