My Sunday carboot sale buys (Not always Amiga)

Most Sundays i try and make it a point to go to the car boot sales and look out for bargains .

This weekend i bought myself 3 nice bargains :

Boxed & working Sega MegaCD including Megadrive for only 5 Euro

Nintendo Gameboy Micro in pink (YUKK) works but needs power adapter for only 2 Euro

Amiga A500 PSU (the old HEAVY type) for only 1 Euro

Not bad aye :)

You're lucky! Most of the car boot sales / markets here just have old beige PCs!!!

But I did have some great finds when I still lived in the UK.

In Malta there are not that many ppl who appreciate older consoles or Amiga's etc..

I've bought some great bargains over the years like for example an A1200 for 3 Euro and more recently a boxed ESCOM A1200HD with all the packaging , software and loads of extra software and a Blizzard 1230 for 50 euro .

Cheapest though must have been when i bought an A500 boxed including a KCS Power PC board for 5 euro .

Another bargain yesterday :)))))

Nice white (but dirty) A500 including External Floppy drive + Ram Expansion + RGB to Scart (Missing the Power Brick) all for the lovely sum of 5 Euros :)

Took it home, set it up and it works perfectly, even the external floppy is fine.

Not bad, not bad. Nice thing about the Mega CD is it was before console manufacturers started trying to prevent CD-Rs from being used ;)
