It's a hardware issue in the USA server company. They are working on it.

A hardware issue? In this time and age? May I suggest moving to a vhost provider? Digital Ocean, Vultr, Upcloud, Linode... there are so many these days, and the cost is just a couple of beers per month.

ISP charge prices in beer now?

Must make things tricky, places like Utah and Saudi Arabia... :)

The server main hard disk has a mirror backup so the data is being extracted from the second hard disk and then it will be restored and rebooted.  This process will take some time before it can booted in recovery mode.

Get the site on the cloud, not reliant on one machine that way and probably no more expensive if you pay per MB.
Amiga A1200, 3.1 ROMs, Blizzard 1230 MKIV 128MB & FPU, 4GB DoM SSD, Workbench 3.1

+1

An opportunity to merge Amiga.org and Amigaworld.net, just point the latter to this site.

Of course there is the cloud! Even many, I see them every day! There is also AmiCloud now, but it's checkered Red and White only at sunset and sunrise. :laugh1:

"Second hard disk"?  As in, singular?  You mean these things don't even run RAID?  Sorry, just picking on your use of words, here.  I'd hope that in 2017 these sites would be running on more robust computer hardware!
