You may be waiting a very long time. As far as anyone knows based on public information, OS4 still is nowhere near booting on the AmigaOne. It is now April 2003, how long are you willing to wait?

Until the end of time.  :-)
Actually, I'm not kidding. As long as nothing bad happens financially, I've decided I can afford it.

The latest change is that, at *that* price *and* with PSA included, I want a peg too!

I'm converted! (well, except that I still want an A1)  :-D

Gimme both ya buggers! :pint:

No denying that is a very good deal.

Check.

And another BBRV press release which doesn't FUD the upcoming Amiga products.

They're learning aren't they? Nice to see.

If Genesi had done things like this from the beginning, Pegasos could have been a real option for me.

I felt like that too. My original decision was based on my only being able to afford one option. If that were still the case, I'd still go for the Amiga option. However, my circumstances have stabilised and I can now afford both.

Add to that the inclusion of ProStationAudio ( :-o drooooool  :-o ) and I want one of these.

But if they keep offering good deals and behaving decently and professionally, I might eventually gain some respect for them, and consider giving the new platform a shot.

I'm already there.

Hi amigamad...MorphOS will continue to be improved.  It is a "living" OS.  You will have access to all updates as a Pegasos I owner...;-)

Try it; you'll like it!

...then change your name -- amigaglad!

:-D

Its running on beta testers AmigaOne machines. I've seen it. How do they stat it up then? I was thinking we are so close now.
