If I buy a 5.25 pc drive will it read C64 Disks using the right software?

It'll work with a Catweasel or with an actual Commodore drive hooked up via an adapter. Not sure about accessing it "directly" though.

Thanks, one source said it was not compatible.
PC -> commodore 1541/1571 via cable seems to be the way. I understand that Vice can use this.
Cat-weasel would be great too.
