AmigaPete Posts:231 | November 15, 2015, 09:00:41 PM Just logged on here for the first time in well over 5 years. Boy, I miss my A2000. Emulation on a PC just isn't the same. Pete |
kd7ota Posts:1433 | May 02, 2007, 02:43:42 AM I also thought it was a mark, until I read the post about it being a race car sticker lol. |
Ral-Clan Posts:1974 | February 23, 2007, 02:59:01 PM Those aren't marker marks. It's a race car sticker! Ah...the A2000. Not the prettiest of Amigas - a little plain looking - but sturdy, strong and oh so reliable. I'm very fond of them. |
TjLaZer Posts:3244 | January 21, 2007, 01:45:56 AM Thats due to a foot not installed in the middle of the lower case! The A2000 is a heavy beast, it can handle a measly CBM monitor. BTW you can remove the marker marks on the DF0: drive with some alchohol and a q-tip. |
ddniUK Posts:701 | January 08, 2007, 10:52:17 PM There are reports of A200 mobos being deformed by heavy CRT monitors.... |
orange Posts:2794 | December 25, 2006, 10:59:04 AM I don't like the idea of heavy weight monitor on top of case either, but how about TFT's ? |
TjLaZer Posts:3244 | December 10, 2006, 09:41:36 PM Having the monitor anywhere BUT on top of an A2000 is just unnatural! |
AmigaPete Posts:231 | October 21, 2006, 11:43:43 PM I never have liked placing my monitor directly on top of the computer so the Amiga has always been under a shelf. Pete |
