Lots of games released between 1996-97 were very poor, sadly. Except for some Doom games. And a few others.
Valhalla was one which you either loved or hated. I hated it. It was so dull I couldn't play it.
Catch 'em back in 1992 was horrid as well. Only played the demo of it, but at the time it got 25% in The One Amiga, about 40% lower than what they considered to be a poor game.
But let's not forget Kick Off '96. What exactly was the reviewer in CU Amiga magazine thinking when he gave an unplayable (litreally) game 79%? A score 69% higher than Amiga Format's and Amiga Power's scores put together, stats fans.
Reality games were usually sub-standard as well (Backbone was the better (simple, easy to use) game creator by far).
Dangerous streets. Mm. :-x
