There might be a surprise announcement at the Show, they've already given away the fact that Sam will be available to buy, I think they are probably holding back on something, like this time last year when there where some teasers which led to a bit of a guessing game until the show itself.
The court did grant Amiga Inc their preliminary injunction against Hyperion, so there is nothing to stop them shipping OS4 during the court case. If/when there is a product to ship it makes no sense to hold back on it release.
