As an Amiga Format subscriber almost from the first issue this interview got me misty-eyed. So great to hear Ben talking about that wonderful time and to get a peak behind the curtain of my favourite magazine of all time. Well done for getting the interview and many thanks to Ben for taking the time; I highly recommend everyone listen to this interview.

PS. Looking forward to playing with Amibian on my Raspberry Pi 3!

I preferred CU Amiga myself but switched to Amiga Format since the former was closed first.

Buying issues of either of them cost a fortune in continental Europe, but it was still far cheaper than using the internet :-) The cover discs were much appreciated.

Being in the UK, Future Publishing and Amiga went hand in hand for me. Great interview questions and interesting to hear Ben's story. Made me realise how much of my life can be charted by magazines and computers.

For a while my monthly magazine purchasing consisted of Amiga Computing, Amiga Format, Amiga Shopper, CU Amiga, Amiga Action, AUI International, The One and Amiga Power. phew.. I had too much disposable income at that time. I still have boxes of them.. I am still waiting for them to become collectible... haha.

Just listened - much fun to hear from Ben Vost! I hope we'll be seeing him around the community sometime soon.

I had every issue from issue 7 up to about the end of 1996.

Fond memories of learning to code in 68k assembly with the Peter Molyneux tutorials. :)

Amiga Shopper, Amiga Computing and CU Amiga were also excellent.

Great interview! Memories... I bought it here in the Algarve from time to time, great stuff. You can seen Ben got pretty emotional with it, I still get pissed when I imagine what would this community be if Commodore had rushed AAA a bit more, those idiots!
