Has anyone ever used Jey Visual Pascal? Any comments on its stability/completeness? Does it include a compiler?

It seems to be old and only supports Kick/Maxon Pascal compilers.  Have you looked at P2C yet?  It will convert your Pascal sources into C sources so you can use it with Feelin' or whatever tools you want and still get the levels of optimization that VBCC or GCC provide.
