Mine arrived today.

- Petro has not only signed the box, but also the Amiga. I would have preferred he hadn't personally, as I don't think it will come off

If he used a Sharpie or something similar to sign the case, then rubbing alcohol applied with a cotton ball or Q-tip might remove it.  If any of the ink is trapped in the embossed texture of the case, then using a alcohol and a soft tooth brush on it might get that out.

^^^^^Well I have not yet got a response to my e-mail but it's only been 36 hours.
Maybe petro will respond when he has more a1200's.
He's supposed to have 500 so he must have plenty more.

Was a proud owner of an amiga 500 with an 1084s monitor myself!Then was dumb enough to give it to a cousin of mine!

Hopefully I can get my hands on one of those unused amigas and start my collection too!:biglaugh:

Must say i'm a bit disappointed with mine. It worked fully, but.
* Tape and autograph on the box and on the amiga.
* My can't be new. Box inside were open, Amiga has been opened for sure (guarantee sticker broken, missing a screw underneath).
* Box in not that good condition, yellowed psu.

Obviously, it could have been in better condition. or in worse. Was hoping for one in better. Just remember that when you order this it's a chance. (And the tape and the autograph i could have done without...)

Well. I don't think he works much those days.
And even if he does, answering an email takes no more than 5 minutes.
