Is there any hard drive attached? Tried holding both mouse buttons to reach early startup?

System-startup is a new invention in the 3.2 kickstart, it will try to update kickstart components from any attached drive, and can easily fail if you have, for example, partitions with AROS, OS4 or MorphOS attached to the system.

Well, OS 3.2 is ridden with bugs and regressions, many yet to be discovered, so it would not surprise me at all if it doesn’t work with A3000T, which are quite rare and most likely not hardware the OS team have had access to test on.

I suggest that you instead of using 3.2 kickstarts, keep the 3.1 kickstarts, and instead load 3.2 kickstart modules using LoadModule (the modules floppy), this can also point you to which kickstart module that crashes the system.

Also… have you tried attaching a terminal (yes, I totally expect everyone to have an old DEC vt220 or something around) or another computer with terminal emulator to the serial port of the A3kT and catch debug output?
