Description: This was my A4000 board, it had a lot of tracks damaged, and the clock was not operationnal and there was no fast ram. Infact almost all the ram socket clips where broke. It`s these kinda things that make you hate ebay. So I sent it to Amiga Center France. Now it`s better than before. They put a Lithium batt on a socket with a little hack, changed a lor of chips and also Fat GARY. Attached A ram support bracket, and finally they put a plastic film on spray to prevent any future damages. Thank you Jean Jacques Boule, for Pimpin my Amiga!!! Hodgkinson Posts:1080 | May 23, 2007, 08:17:26 PM Good for you. I actually took the crystal/RTC IC/trimmer from a duff A4000 motherboard to make my A1200 RTC add-on unit. See my (Older and slightly out of focus photos). Glad to hear that the A4000's now working! Hodgkinson. |
