Previous Image | Next Image | ||
Description: Here are two views of a fully-populated Cyberstorm MKII 060 accelerator card. The CyberSCSI main PCB attaches 'upside-down' to the Cyberstorm and two separate ribbon cables are needed to attach internal and external devices. External devices are connected via the daughter PCB attached to the backplane (has a Micro-D 50 pin connnector).

X-ray Posts:4370 | October 14, 2005, 09:32:08 PM Well spotted. The original came with a brass plate for the A4000D. I originally used it in conjunction with a backplane that I hand-cut to accommodate it (for my A4000T), but I soon replaced it with a nice sturdy backplane. I still have the original A4000D brass plate somewhere. |
adolescent Posts:3056 | October 14, 2005, 08:55:47 PM Odd. I thought the external SCSI was connected to a plate that would fit the "expansion" hole in the A4000D. Is this all original? |
X-ray Posts:4370 | October 13, 2005, 06:15:13 PM @ Orange Ja, I added the fan when I was overclocking the CPU to 60mHz. When I changed back to 50mHz to use the CyberSCSI, I left the fan on. |
