well, there's bochs, doing x86 emulation, too. But I guess that's no what you are looking for :-) Gnuboy (gameboy) emulator is available

aminet search for snes turns up some emulators. I didn't look at all files, but at least one claims to support gfx cards, so maybe you should give it a try
