Being alive in 1945 is irrelevant to whether it's a hoax or not, in fact being born before 1945 means you have been exposed to more propaganda not less. You are also likely to be less educated the earlier you were born, because science advances and you rely on what you are taught.
The only proof offered for a cover up is brainwashing, the proof of the brainwashing is the cover up. It's circular reasoning and while it's possible that there is a conspiracy, this doesn't pull back the curtain and reveal the wizard.
The bombs dropped in Japan were pretty low powered.
"There is no scientific, peer reviewed evidence that it can happen. All is military, national security top secret." Thankfully, I hope he isn't suggesting that civilian scientists should be allowed to perform tests. He probably realises they can't be allowed to and uses it to prop up his straw man.
