C64 mob

I was looking through the C64 Prog. Ref. Manual and saw Movable Object Blocks.
A Google search got me Sprites, I was thinking this was different.
Are there any videos of a C64 using this?

Ahh, so mob is a sprite. I guess I was thinking of Bob's instead.
