d980's work is absolutely terrific.

I prefer the subtle backgrounds myself, those that do not splash an awful slogan across your monitor.

I'm surprised to see the Amiga ball wearing an oxygen mask is winning.  Just let it die! Pull the plug on the oxygen machine.

The one by XeLeCtRoX made me laugh, but I wouldn't want it on my desktop. Wearefutureot3 by D980 looks nice, but reminds me of a cross between a gas mask and a naval mine.
