Need to convert audio/video pc to amiga

Hi all:

I have excellent news !!!
I was able to run moviesetter in amiga forever/pc laptop.
Everything works.
Now I need a way to convert pc sounds to amiga sounds, so I can
import them into moviesetter.
Also, I will need to convert iff animations from moviesetter into
video files that can be displayed on pc display.

I appreciate your input, but I wanted to know how to convert IFF anims
made in moviesetter TO avi or pc files. It was not backwards as you said.
