« on: September 12, 2013, 11:50:25 PM »
i tried to contact them but got no answer. san francisco directory assistance doesnt even have them listed. i got my a1200 tower case from there MANY years ago and now teh pwr supply ( and who knows what else) is fried ( it all ended with a pop sound and a smell of smoke)  is anyone left in teh US thta works on amiga hardware ?  i still havent decided if i want to put money into getting this a1200 tower fixed or migrate to morph probly about the same amount of money ,but with morph i would have additional capabilities.  i dont want to abandon teh amiga world as i have most of my stufffrom school of teh art institute of chicago still on amiga discs . lots of dpaint 4 animations , videotracker stuff ( got it off coverdisc ofa cu amiga mag in 93 or 4 and was still using it up until my a1200 died . anyways years of work i need to archive and i need some machine to do it on

They are certainly still trading.  There opening hours are 10am - 6pm UK time.  You can rig up any PSU to test if the A1200 and components are still working.

If you get a MorphOS system you should be able to read the old Amiga hard drives with it anyway but getting data off any floppies is a different matter.

Correct.  I just ordered an Indivision ECS from AmigaKit.com and the order updates directed to amigakit.leamancomputing.com.
