GVP A4000 HC+8 SCSI 8MB EXPANSION for AMIGA

I'm considering getting a GVP A4000 HC+8 SCSI card for my A2000.  My old card is not compatible with my new accelerator, my question is will this work in an A2000?  I've heard yes I've heard maybe.

I have one in my A2000 and both scsi and mem works fine. :-)
