Bought both the new Amikit9 for Mac and Flowerpot! Great work on these!

EDIT:
And apparently flowerpot DOES NOT work on the latest version of OSX. All it does when I click on configure or install OS4 is open up a Wine instance and sit with no further actions. I wish you would have put in the description before I bought this that it was just a wine bottle package. If you have a solution to get the installer to actually start I would love to hear it please. Disappointed to say the least.

Installed AmigaOS 4.1 FE on my Windows 10 PC and it worked right out of the box. :) Very nice!

The Mac version of flowerpot is very buggy. After going back through and installing the quartz windower again and replacing the required files again, I get the below crash. Please help solve this. Its WinUAE crashing in WINE as you can see.

It does and works just fine as it was developed on the latest OSX.

Both product descriptions mention Wine.

What version of WINE do these use? I'm running WINE 2.1 (Staging) 64bit for the projects I'm working on and it has been very good. Outside of my work projects, I also run WinUAE, WinVICE, AppleWin, an Atari 800 emulator and some others under this version of WINE.

For WinUAE I'm running 3.4.1 Beta 1 (both 32bit and 64bit).

You can get the WinUAE betas (along with the latest emulator news) here: http://www.planetemu.net/index.php?section=news

You can get the OS X Staging and Development here (though they are slow at posting links with new versions):

https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/macosx/download.html

or the direct directory for Staging here (as soon as a new build as available):

https://repos.wine-staging.com/macosx/i686/

I think WINE 2.x is very good and the speed is quite nice over 1.x.  MHO of course.  :-)

Tried the new version of WINE, the new beta of winuae with no change. I guess it just doesnt like my machine. Its a shame, would love to use this. I have FS-UAE going now and dont like it nearly as much.

Sure it does, a modern Intel rig draws far less power than any PPC Amiga even whilst emulating one. ;)

Seems to be working fine after the Network update. I was still not able to install the AmigaOS 4.1 FE Update 1 automatically, but I was able to download it from the member page at Hyperion.

Of course, PPC/AmigaOS 4 under emulation is still a bit rough around the edges. I experienced a few crashes and freezes, especially when browsing the web, but it works better than when I was trying to set everything up manually. The emulation now has 646 MB of available RAM, which I was never able to achieve myself (network and graphics started acting up at 384 MB for me). It also makes the confusing task of creating the system partition a lot easier (fully automatic).

A few nitpicks: The mouse wheel doesn't work, and 32-bit under WinUAE, Configuration, RTG, is set up wrong so you get pink icons in 32-bit mode. I changed it to A8R8G8B8 and it seems to work.
