Conscience is evolved into us... unless we add that to the chips as a bugfeaturebug it would have no need of one.

If anyone listened to Rand, she said that conscience was an altruistic ideal and therefore evil. Objectivity would be enough.

That's really cool.

I think we have to worry more about the goverments that will misuse the technology growing consciences...
