Greetings from Greece
« on: November 11, 2005, 07:28:39 PM »
Hello everybody

I`m 32 years old and work as a programmer & Electronic Enginner. I  own a very ancient OCS Amiga 500, alas with upgraded BIOS, oops, Kickstart 2,0 and a full MB of memory. I haven`t used it much since 1995 and am just trying to remember how the whole thing works, using WinUAE.
If I find this endeavour intriguing, I might decide to search for an old A1200 or A4000 somewhere out there!!!
Amiga 500 1MB
Amiga 1200; Blizzard 1230 Mk IV 64MB + fpu; Gotek drive; Indivision MK2 AGA

Oh yeah oops! Sorry about that!

"Well, it seems as though all the neighbourhood's* manges** are gathered here? We're gonna have to make it a Greek joint here, eh? :-D 8-)

Welcome :-)

*hard to translate

**no real word in English to translate this, kind of like cool dudes, studs (?), underworld kings. See rembetes or rembetika on web, has to do with early 20th Century Greek underworld music... incidentally my favourite genre of music
