Title: Anyone from Hyperion watch this site? Issues ordering from Hyperion website

I attempted to purchase 3.1.4 for my 3000 and 1200..  Made the purchase (Of course my money is taken with zero issues)
Then when I try to download it says I need to create a new account.  So I do this and it says OK click on the link in the email we sent you.
I received no email. 

Checked multiple times and even tried to create account again and no dice.  S

So the account was created but I can't activate.

And no way to reach anyone with the issue
Please advise

I hade smilar problem when I bought it.

I send a mail for Hyperion's support and problem was solved in same day.

BUT

There is a download links in mails you have got. Os you can already download it.

Someone from Hyperion forum checked out my account and it was immediately locked for whatever reason. He unlocked it for me and I am now all set.
