Hi

If you mean this Auction

then you have:

 - A2286
 - Rll/mfm harddisk-controller
 - serial/parralel board with memory-expansion (not populated)
 - perhaps a vga-card (or EGA) not shure (plus on same card serial,floppy, paralel but i'm not shure)
 - flexible disk controller (cuold be for 8 and 5 1/4 floppies)

BUT without docs about IRQ etc. its pretty useless, needs a lot of googlesearch

ask the seller about partnumbers and search before bidding

Markus

I don't want to piss off any sellers, but who would want the pain and frustration of trying to use the 2286 or earlier Bridgeboards when 2386 Bridgeboards are often available at pretty low prices.  I remember well the nightmare a friend of mine had with the 2286 way back when.  Maybe others had better luck with their 2286 boards and what they would run.
How are you helping the Amiga community? :)

@Amigadave

I'll take an A2386 BB if you know where there is one for a low price that hasn't been destroyed by it's battery. I've been looking for a while now. Even the ones virually destroyed by corrosion still get $100.00 or more on ebay when they do show up:-D  I'd like to put one back in my A3000T.

The 486SLC versions get upwards of $200-$300 and seem to be rare as hens teeth:-)

Let me know,
Jeff

I bought my 486slc for 26£. I guess it was cheap because it was sold untested.

@Jeff,

If they are going for that much it will be worthwhile for me to dig one or more of mine out of storage and put them up for auction.  I have at least 1 Commodore 2386 and 2 Vortex 2386 boards in boxes somewhere.

I will see what I can do to make the time to get one of my bridgeboards out of storage for you.  What are you willing to pay for it (now that you have told me what you think they are worth)?   :-o

@Amigadave again
I have done business with you before and I know you are top notch.  I do want a Bridgeboard if you have one available, but I am not in any big hurry. My preference would be a 386/486SLC or an A2386 with NO battery corrosion damage.

Lets take it to PM for the details when you are ready. Thanks Amigadave.
