Our goal is full support of OS3.x (as well as earlier versions 
). But we currently only have 3.1 licenses to distribute with the boards. However, our internal distribution runs 3.9. We are currently working on supporting all the hardware (writing SANA2 drivers, hacking monitor files, etc.)
That shouldn't be a problem as you can use ClassicWorkbench to give a nice OS3.9+ look.
