Your's a similar setup to mine.
Not much I can suggest though. Make sure everything is seated properly, cyberstorm contacts are clean, and then:
Try some different ram sticks, and check your scsi chain for proper termination.
I had some similar problems (guru and stuff) when I was running with a 3640, and at the time had noticed that the hard disk light was blinking in a predefined interval. When I was to load something when the HD light was light, I got a guru. I guess it was something that had to do with scsi, but I'm not sure. Try working withough any external scsi devices.
Also, for some reason, NetBSD wouldnt boot when I had ram on both the cyberstorm and the motherboard. Got rid of the mobo ram, and NetBSD was happy.
The above apply only if your' gurus are random. If you can pin point them to specific apps, then it's just that.
