multi-function inkjet printers - opinions pls
« on: July 24, 2004, 05:08:07 PM »
I'm researching the Epson CX5400, CX6400 and CX6600 (I'm inclined to go with Epson, but opinions pls generally). If anyone has one of these printers, or a reasonably recent multi-function printer, I'd like to hear your opinion of it.

I've got an Epson CX3200 (recent-ish), works like a charm. As I recall, it wasn't too pricey either. I'd suppose the CX6400 is twice as good ;)

Print quality's more than decent. I mostly print text, though, so don't take my word for it. Sorry I can't be more specific. I haven't printed anything for a while (out of ink).

Scanning's fast enough for me; B/W @ 300 dpi is a second or two per scan.
