Well here are my favorites and I do not think anyone else mentioned my #1.
1) Black Crypt by Raven (who went on to do so many other games for the PC) EHB mode.
2) Pool of Radiance - Simple Charming and very addicting.
3) Bard's Tale (Actually it is kinda my #1) - Heck it inspired my bbs (down for now.) :-o
4) Ambermoon
5) Eye of the Beholder
6) Ishar 3
