AMIGA RPG's
« on: December 10, 2002, 08:11:17 AM »
 Guess I'll start another list:
What are some of the Amiga RPG's out there, of course I am aware of King's Quest, Space Quest, Monkey Island and the like, but weren't there some other Zelda or Dragon Warrior/Final Fantasy style RPG's out there as well?

Awsome, this list will help a lot! Thankx for all the input.

As for Final Fantasy 2 and 3 in the states...

Actually 2 was Japan's 4, and 3 was the Japanese Children's version of 6. The real part 2 looked and played exactly like part 1, except that it took about 3 months to beat, as apposed to a few days, and the story was really plain, and the game went on and on and on with no real reason what so ever. Part 3 was  totally different for the Final Fantasy series at that point, in that the quests, stories, look, and whole lay out of the game in general was nothing compared to the 1st two of the series, as well as the games to come afterwards.

As for the American 3, you can play it in full with added movie sceens on the Sony Playstation now, or else you can get a SNES rom of the japanese part 6, and patch it to run in English, though for some reason the latest patch locks up my game during the beginning cinemas. :/

Too bad Amiga never had RPG Maker 2k...
