Amithlon Screen modes

Hi all

I have been trying to get amithlon working. I have got to  the point now where it boots OS3.9 main issue is if I change the screen  from what looks like 640 to 1024 x 768 and save it changes fine but  defaults back to 640 on reboot any ideas ?

Its saving snapshoot windows ok so saving to hard drive is working to some degree
