Check this out (http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=1247&item=5192256588&rd=1)
For Australian eBay, I reckon its a fairly good price, especially with it having the CDTV. Wish I'd had the money to bid. Was it any of our Melbournian A.org members that scored it? :-?

Dang, seeing that just makes me want a classic big box Amiga... one day I tell ya, one day
-
Dang, didn't even see that :-o The A3000 with the Picasso would have been a nice addition to my collection. I know of another Amiga collection just as large, if not more so, in Melbourne.

Do you wanna buy one of my A1000's :-P

Not a bargain but certainly not a bad price (taking into account thinking miggies are not that widespread in Oz).

Considering the current exchange rate, thats only 369 Euro, sounds pretty cheap to me.

Well yes, if one were to flog it all on ebay seperately it would probably make at least a 200% profit :-).

Yeah, I reckon it's a pretty good price. I was considering bidding on it, an hour before hand it was only AUD $148  I was thinking "I can't believe nobody is bidding on this!" and then.......well, you know how it ended  Plus, I would have had to drive down to Melbourne to get it :-( And we all know how scary and uninhabitable Melbourne is :-D
Ah well, I would have liked to add an A3000 to my collection. Anybody in Oz got one for sale? :-)
-
Well...the obvious advice would be contact the winning bidder :-P.
-
I was thinking the same thing - then it jumped up a fair bit.
It's a bit of a gamble for the amount it went for given there were no pictures - I wasn't considering it after it hit $200 anyway.
Good to know there is a fair amount of decent Amiga stuff floating about Melbourne anyway :)

.. using some weapon like 'Persuadertron' :-D

Or I could use the Jedi Mindtrick  Speaking of which, I just got my ticket for the 12.01am session for Ep III :-D
Yeah, I don't see much point in contacting the winning bidder, one of the 3000's apparently has a problem with the powersupply, and the other one's pretty decked out, so I'd say they'd keep it. Ah well, there'll be more :-P
