is this a 1.10 sam board?

Obviously I don't speak Italian, but just matching it up to the pictures it appears to be a Sam460cr:

Also, (quote) "higher brain superior technology!"?  That isn't even proper English, let alone proper Italian?  LOL.  ;)

Right.
And a really dreadful price.
I will have to translate that listing and try and get a better look at it.
I cannot see why a used motherboard would cost more than the price of a new online.

Edit - OK, it appears to include a Radeon HD5450, an SATA controller with hard disk, and 2 GB of memory.

The seller looks like an Amiga shop, or a computer shop.  Look at some of their other items for sale, even their icon is Amiga-related.  Or maybe they're liquidating an Amiga shop?  Look at http://amigastore.eu/en/  They're in Italy.  Look at their products on their website:  Sam CR boards, Indivision AGA, OS 4.1...  same as the ebay seller.  Probably related in some way?

Maybe this ebay account is just them trying to get rid of some things that didn't sell in the store?  Mark it up, see if it goes, no-harm, no-foul, if it doesn't?  I could see other stores doing this.  Sell your wares in any way, shape, or form possible, right?  ;)

Oh yeah, explains MY regular use of retro hardware, at least on SOME occasions.

Once they sold me a CD that was broken in two, so they apologised, refunded the money and sent me a burned CD with the content instead. Also, they always buy ads in our magazine. I highly recommend them (even without the ads :) )
