Sorry for the late reply, busy day yesterday. Someone bought the white AmigaOne and A4000D but Paypal has the payment on temporary hold while they verify it. Silver AmigaOne and Dual 2.5 Ghz PowerMac still available. Sorry to offend you Bigbronc, just a busy day yesterday.

I'd like to think that accounts had been hacked and this was b/s because dangling carrots to genuine people then saying ' oh sorry I've been busy but please blindly send payment to this address' is ridiculous!
 If it is genuine, then admin has handled this VERY badly! at least let people know what's happening in the thread or via PM.
 I don't normally ever rant, but this has annoyed me. I really don't get it.

I have a great idea, put that toaster 4000 in the A4000 and ship it to me . Let me play with it for a few days, clean it up etc. then I will send you the money for the setup. I know it is still laying around because you guys take weeks to ship anything. Also could you send the millennium program, I was all worked up that I was getting a copy, do I get a copy of the program Aladdin 4.0 also. I saw on e bay someone was selling it for $15 dollars with the books. Is that what I won? nobody has told me. I was really excited about getting a upgrade to my toaster tools. Hell, if you guys really don't have the stuff and just wanted to have a contest, that's ok. Can I announce something that people might inquire about and never reply or act upon. Someone had wrote about just creating buzz, I thought it was real. Silly me. I remember Franko had a contest to give away memberships, the thing that got me at the time was that he sent the prize and followed up on his word. Hummm maybe that is why he is banned.:huh:

We are droppIng the price of the G5 Dual 2.5 Ghz PowerMac to $399 and adding a Pegasus II system for $749. Gizmodo350 has first dibbs on that system. It's newer than a AmugaOne and runs MorphOS or AmigaOS 4.1. The G5 PowerMac could be a nice future machine for MorphOS.

Let's see, no one has stepped up to say they sent money for any of these machines but they've been "sold".  I still say this whole thing has a poorly executed joke, which wasn't very funny.  This is a shame, because I noticed that DiscreetFX had Video Toaster Flyer's available and was probably going to buy one within a couple of months.

I won't fall for this trap again.
