I have an A2000 keyboard that had a bunch of keys broken. I have accumulated most of the broken keys, but I am unsure how to install the enter and shift keys without breaking the little plastic retaining clips that hold the metal stabilizing arms. Does anyone know of a good way to install them?

It's difficult to explain but I've stripped and cleaned 2 * 500 and 1 * 4000 keyboard recently.
It's a struggle but can be done with patience.
I put one metal clip on the keycap, put the plunger/spring on and then got a small flat bladed screwdriver to assist with pushing the other metal bar into place.
The trick I found was to fit the metal bar to the keyboard and then slightly open the clip so it pops into the keycap.
Making sure not to exert too much pressure on the clip and bend it.

I use small (disposable) medical forceps to grab and move the wire stabilizers. It is easy to break the tiny plastic clips holding them in place, but I have a better than new repair option.
The metal "mosquito" forceps cost about $6 on eBay
