Could you please name some? Maybe not just games too, but serious software that needs this power.

Would this driver wok with a SAM460ex with a Graphics Card: Radeon HD 4650 1GB PCI-E?
Amiga 1200 fully loaded by Aclii.
AmigaONE X5000 with OS4.1 FE
FPGA Arcade board in miniITX case with AmigaOS3.9 and WB 3.1.
MorphOS 3.9 in Mac Mini G4 1.5GHz, PowerBook & Power Mac G5

no. you'd need to upgrade to one of these:

* Radeon HD 7750-7970 series graphics card (excluding the Radeon HD 7790)
* Radeon R7 250X/265 (excluding R7 250)
* Radeon R9 270/270X/280/280X

There's quite a number of games both 3D and 2D that make use of the new Radeon drivers.  Various ports by Huno and Amigasoft as well as various games from Cherry Darling and others.

Serious applications I can think of are Blender and Celestia.
