Too many to mention but right now I've got the music to Fantasy World Dizzy rattling around in my head: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oas5G9po2q0

WARNING!! Once you've heard it, you can't UNHEAR IT!

Oh Cammy reminded me: Pinball Illusions, oh yea, esp. the hi-score music from Babewatch!
Actually, most of Amiga pinball games from Digital Illusions had some great music!

While following are taken from demos and not games, they're still impressive:

"Kefmania Theme" - http://aminet.net/mods/demo/kefmania.lha
"1991 Not a Number" - http://aminet.net/mods/demo/1991NotANumber.lha
"Digital Innovations 2" - http://aminet.net/mods/demo/DigitalInnova2.lha
"Echoing" - http://aminet.net/mods/demo/echoing.lha
"Knulla Kuk" - http://aminet.net/mods/rock/KnullaKuk.lha

I couldn't find the link for it, but "AddioElonora" (sp) is another one to look out for.

i know it's not paula or chip generated, but i liked the in game "musak" from diggers CD32.
really nice "Audio Wallpaper" background noise that kinda captured a bit of a echoy underground feeling. all wooshy synths, and then deep into the track, the contrasting pure sound of an electronic squarewave bluring out into reverb, burning out like a guitar riff falling into the sun....

sorry, imagination got the better of me there... :)

Turrican 2   +1, the only Amiga game music in regular rotation on my mp3 player. Really awesome!

Cannon Fodder too.
Also I know it's mostly licensed (is it?) but I love the music in Frontier, a true space opera :)
Speedball 2 loader tune captures the theme of the game perfectly.
Simon the Sorcerer 1, ah, nostalgia...
XP8 intro tune
and many many more I can't remember right now..

- Shadow of The Beast
- Stardust
- Pinball Illusions

I realized now that I've heard all of them not so long after release.
So you have the strings in your palm. Do you know what they are for?

Back in the day I recorded the entire Turrican 2 soundtrack onto audio cassette.  It's the only game I ever did that with.  Chris Huelsbeck is a legend.  His R-Type theme was good as well.

But speaking of insanely catchy tunes I think the Robocod music will be with me forever, not to mention Bubble Bobble.  And another one off the wall: Rodland.

Oh and mustn't forget Apidya: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PZcT_Kr7tLs

I was working a booth at Comdex or CES 95 flogging Gravis Ultrasound's when a guy wandered in and handed me "Rainbows" and "Turrican" CDs. I tried to give them back saying I wasn't in a position to use his composing services but he insisted I keep them. It wasn't later on into the age of the internet that I clued in he'd composed the music for many of the Amiga games I played years earlier. While I played Turrican and probably others I should maybe be ashamed to say that the music from Hollywood Poker Pro is what still sticks vividly in my mind after all these years for some reason :P.

My professional life has actually led me to work with some of the most famous retro era composers. Again I sometimes didn't find out until years later what their contribution was since I started out after that retro era was over, but it sure is interesting to know.

The intro music to Utopia has always been one of my favorites:

Nice music from Utopia.

My favorite is from Nicky Boom, there are others too. Amiga games had one of the best music compositions of any platforms .
