I used it with a 8029

Realtek RTL8029   Amithlon   Confirmed   10M/bit
Realtek RTL8139D   OpenPCI   Confirmed   100M/bit.

taken from the Amithlon Hardware Compatibility Chart:

This page contains what will hopefully be the definative guide to Amithlon's hardware compatibility. As well as listing what works, it also shows some common hardware that is not compatible.

Key:

Native = Native Amithlon kernel or Bernie Meyer's updated kernel.

GCK = Gary Colville's beta kernel.

AHI = The AHI sound system.

OpenPCI = OpenPCI library and associated drivers.

Confirmed = I've either seen this hardware working or received multiple reports of it working.

Unconfirmed = Hardware that should work, but hasn't been tested.

Yeah, I have a RTL8029 card I use to use (PCI I believe)with Amithlon.   Should be able to find one at a place that sells old PC hardware or ebay or something.

Look for the chip that looks like this on it...

If you were really desperate I could give you my old card.  It's just sitting around somewhere.
A3000D (16mhz, 2MB Chip, 4MB Fast, SCSI (300+MB), SuperGen Genlock, Kick 3.1)
Back in my day, we didn\'t have water. We only had Oxygen and Hydrogen, and we\'d just have to shove them together.
