Heimdall 1 and 2 are very fun, even if the combat in both can be a bit tedious.
 
Hilt is a fun rogue like. It almost plays like a MUD but with 4 characters. Would probably do great for hotseat play too.
 
I really enjoyed Dragonstone for a "zelda like" type of game. Played Darkmere a bit and it seemed awesome, but I didn't play it extensively.

In the UK "Four Crystals of Trazere" was called "Legend", the sequel was "Empire: Son of Legend".

Zork Zero is the best of the Zork series!  It has graphical automapping and compelling, interesting story!
Wanna try a wonderfull strategy game with lots of handdrawn anims,
Magic Spells and Monsters, Incredible playability and lastability,
English speech, etc. Total Chaos AGA
