Has anyone ever in the USA ever order products directly from ELBOX? What is dotpay? What was your experience like?

FANTASTIC experience. They sent my stuff supper fast and I got it like 10 days or something. No issues. Good packaging.
They ALWAYS answer my emails, however lately customer service (I'm not sure if this is always the same person...) are not that friendly as in the past (?!)

If Amigakit has the Elbox item you want I would order from them if it was me.

I was a bit concerned as they have not been returning my emails. Was dotpay ok??

I ordered a few things using dotpay a couple weeks ago. No problems at all. I received my items in about 10 days as well.

I've ordered a bunch of stuff off Elbox directly. Radeon card, IDE card, ROM update, etc. Never had a problem with them and they gave me lots of email support getting the Radeon card to work on a second hand Mediator I'd bought of eBay.

Same experience in the above quote. They are great at support.

I'll add to that, I've ordered things directly from them as well and haven't really had any issues. I know I ordered my Mediator and I think one of my Radeons from them.

ordered quite a few things directly from Elbox from Canada with never a problem. A few months ago I sent them a defective Mediator for my 1200Tower and they repaired it & shipped it back for a fair price.
