The day I see Piru not trashing every single AmigaOS4.x thread is the day I quit too :insane::p

Funny, I thought the same thing.

And why the hell did this developer guy not defend himself unless he was a dirtball and he knew it?

If I were him, and I were accused publically in this way, I wouldn't reply to it either. A public forum is never the right place for this sort of thing, it should be done in private.
I'm sure his lawyers would advise him of exactly the same thing, too.....

Well, if they both live in the same country, the easiest thing to do would be to call a lawyer.
I would assume he would have, at least, some e-mails about their agreement.

That, for sure, would be way more effective than any other *weird* action made by his friends. Probably the other guy would be so scared that would release the SW as open source as part of the agreement.

Thank you for this surprise gift Transition! I'm still kind of shell shocked, this news caught me by complete surprise. I know owning the site stressed you sometimes and I'm sure everyone appreciated you saving it in 2009. I will work hard to make you and Amiga.org members proud.

Sounds good to me. I like this site and would like to see it go on into the future but please keep the drama in check and keep it entertaining. The serious coders and hardware junkies--I'm one of the latter--are moving to EAB in droves. I want to read and post about Amigas and things about Amigas, not interpersonal drama between Amigans.
A2500 owned since 1993 with A2630/DKB 2632, DKB Megachip, GVP EGS Spectrum, A2320 and GVP HC+8 on the inside and a DCTV on the outside. A4000D with CSPPC, Cybervision 64 and a Flicker Magic flicker fixer. A4000T Toaster Flyer & CSMKII. All systems completly retro and classic and mostly used to do geometic art as in my avatar.

People having a hissy fit about someone aving a hissy fit doesn't make much sense.

Some people on this forum think far too much of themselves.

+1

I'm getting sick and tired of people getting sick and tired of people getting......
