Title: Program to put image in Workbench title bars

I'm sure there was a program on Aminet that allowed you to put a background image/pattern on the titlebar of Workebench windows. I cannot remember the name of it though! Any help would be much appreciated.

Aminet seems to be down at the moment and none of the mirrors seem to have it. I don't suppose you know where I can find it other than Aminet do you?
