These are some of the PSUs I have come across in the context of Amiga power supply replacement.

These appear to have been used successfully:

Corsair SF (SF450/600/750?)
Mean Well RPT-160B
Be Quiet! SFX-L Power 500W PSU

I would like confirmation on the suitability (or unsuitability) of these:

Seasonic GX (550)
EVGA SuperNOVA GM (750)
Sharkoon SilentStorm SFX Gold 500W
Chieftec CSN (450C/550C)
Coolermaster (V550/650/750/850 SFX Gold)

And of course any that could be added to the list.

Is it possible to use a Pi 5 instead of a Pi 3 with Pi Storm32 Lite?

Simple answer “no”. Unless there is a Mark 2 of the PiStorm. The Pi5 has a slightly different arrangement where the CPU sits, so will not fit the current PiStorm.

It has been 12 years. Still looking for one.

Do other 17" monitors exist that have the same functionality?

"Monitoring _WE (write enable) during the memory test will show if a write cycle is being performed or not, which will determine what fault finding direction to go in next."

I assume you mean by looking at _WE with my scope? What should I be looking for?

Sorry, forgot to say. Its 8.5, so it was either upgraded, or a late model.

Yep, that’s the last version released for the card which ironed out a few bugs and issues. Then I would concentrate on the Terminator resistor packs.
