Low Power Mini ITX Cluster

Hi
The new VIA Epia Mini-Itx cluster with 12 boards (200 Watts):

Cluster

The cluster is faster than Quad P4 (2.4 GHz).
Is it possible to create similar cluster with MicroA1 + low power G4 + Infiniband?
