I placed an order with them last week, but since then I haven't been able to contact them via email, live chat or phone. Have they gone on holiday?

I've had the same kind of trouble, busy signals and
no response to email. Must be pretty busy.

Same here with the UK, however if you raise a trouble ticket the answer will come in minutes, if not sooner :)
Email seems like a black hole...

I did the ticket thing, same result. Ever get the feeling
your asking a question that someone would rather not
