Title: Subscriber but no benefits?

Well I have been Subscribing for a while now, latest subscription payment was taken 3 days ago (recurring payment) , I have also donated 1-2 months ago on top of the subscription but I still got ads, can't create a custom title and have no access to the other subscription features.

What gives?

Hi, I didn't want to bring it up, I also did pay for subscription and a very small donation but I haven't receive any message or got access...not that I am QQ ing but its cool to have them :D please check mine too.
