Your work is always SO aesthetically pleasing.

But what IS this?

If its the enhanced case we talked about, I definitely want one for my Altera DE-1.

Doubt it.
The 'X' designates models with Xena slots, and it doesn't appear that Tabor features that.
For that matter, we haven't heard diddly from Acube about Tabor, but they have stated that they are not discontinuing the SAM460, so...

Iggy...your wish will be granted. :D
I just need to get some money out of the Amiga keys project, pay for the final prototype, publish the specs and show some photos. ;)

Very cool.
Then I will get a beautiful case for the FPGA board I use for multiple cores.

BTW guys, the DE1 can be modified for more RAM (many of my friends have 1GB installed on it), and its a pretty good general purpose FPGA system.

Instead of waiting for a specifically designed board, I've been getting good results with this for awhile.
Oh, and its cheap. Easy to find one for $100 to $120.

Yeah, I have been planning on this for quite a while, but find it a bit difficult to chose which Altera DE1/DE2/DE0(nano) etc to go for. :)
I suppose DE1 uses same core as MIST? I recall the first MIST cores by Chaos to come from DE1, and I have also seen various expansion boards for DE1. Any ethernet solution, or high(er) speed serial port available and supported by the Minimig core?

Soon... :)

Two small previews...

I've completely redesigned the X500 Pro over two years. It's aimed at power users. Many, many improvements over the previous X500 Plus and Evo. Textured plastic, less fingerprints, more rugged. The plan is to start with this one (maybe more colours if there is demand; white, shiny plastic etc...), probably offering a basic version, just the black case, the cover and the keyboard mounts, this way people can get the mechanical keyboard themselves (Ducky One, the latest model) with the switches of their choice and, more importantly their own language layout with those illuminated caps, very funky. The reason being that I can only provide the U.K. layout. Another option could be to order/use my Amiga key caps and, for example, customise the looks of your X500 Pro, like the one above with a mix of black, grey and red keys or a line of yellow and black, red and black, green, blue etc...etc...

The X500 Pro is the final and ultimate in the line of X500 cases, designed to accommodate the latest Ducky One mechanical keyboard, they come with Cherry MX Brown, Blue, Red and Black...maybe other types too. It was the only one I tried which would fit the case nicely. So...get ready to buy one if you are planning to get this case or I can send it to you with the case but the keyboards with the cool, illuminated black key caps I can ONLY get them with the U.K. layout. So there will be two options: with or without the keyboard, if you're planning to use a set of my Amiga key caps then the problem goes away, I'll try and explain everything better later.

Have fun. :)

You've probably noticed, I will not be satisfied until you find a way somehow to have real Amiga keyboard layout, but I must say - everything you do looks really good! :)
